Minimalist

I do not meditate on these thoughts,
no I mediate these memories
I uncurl each tiny truth, but discover
history has dimmed an‘ receded such facts
I examine the worth of each antique
and set a flag for deletion, like a mysterious
spinning hard drive device, each aspect of fact
not really deleted but marked for overwriting
of with superior  facts, immutable facts
history is slowly being thrown out like
all the books on my shelf, searching depth
for a minimalist self, a tidier more efficient self
but then not self, but another self, a newer leaner self
Then else, someone else something similar,
but to early to tell or mention
